Thanni Holding is led by Thelma R. Liverpool, formerly a scientist Environmental Specialist and Consultant at E. I. DuPont de Nemours in Wilmington, Delaware, In this position she was responsible for training at the six sites under her jurisdiction in regulations directly impacting R&D and Manufacturing. Other requirements of the position were filing of premanufacturing notices [PMNs] and appended documents, training on reporting of adverse chemical effects in the workplace - Section 8(c) , import and export regulations, and international chemical regulations necessary in dealing with worldwide subsidiaries.

A skilled auditor, she collaborated with the Legal Department during both internal and external [EPA] audits, Her knowledge of the Japanese language and culture was utilized in early-stage planning for joint ventures with Japanese companies

Following a 20-year tenure at DuPont, she spent 3 years in the US Peace Corps in Limpopo Province, South Africa, continuing her sojourn in Africa for another 7 years during which she owned and managed the White Hibiscus B&B, participating in the hospitality sector for Africa's Soccer World Cup.

An alumnus of Howard University, with a MA from Fisk University, she also completed 3 years of doctoral studies. Thelma is a proud mother and grandmother.
